The Philadelphia NAACP Youth Council, along with Ruffin Vision Network and the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Department will host a movie screening of “The Woman King” starring Viola Davis at Studio Movie Grill in Upper Darby. The event will honor Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal along with several other influential women of color who lead their communities and respective areas in excellence.
